If this could talk I am sure this saxophone would have a lot to say over the years. Phenomenal find in East LA where I met one of the nicest guys I have had a chance to interact in years. He realized this had historical value and made sure he didn't try the Brasso and Steel Wool cleanup. For him it was not about the money but rather this gets to someone that will make it sing again. That has always been BrassRecues mission. It is missing a key and a thumb post which I am

This is actually in great shape and the tone is to die for on these. About 90% original lacquer with the Norton Springs and Snap-on pads and plays through. Had to trek to Redlands for this one as the family was moving out of state and were shedding a few possessions.

Sometimes you take a chance and hope for the best. I picked these up out of Texas. I was going to fly there and drive back as the original estimate for shipping was over the top but they found a wardrobe box and shipped these two and Yanigasawa Tenor for a great price. These are actually in good shape after a few minor repairs.

I debated on this versus a medium bow but wanted to try out a Long Bow version and this one has the original lacquer, Roo Pads and Hollywood Resonators and is ready to go.

Very nice condition on this classic alto. It will clean up really well

This is one of those ones that I debated on driving up to Inglewood but then I thought someone out there might want to bring this back to life and made the trek.

In stunning shape and a beast of a horn overall

Amazing one owner horn who purchased it for high school band with very little use. Kept in playing shape over the years.

Stunning shape and super rare.

Early Split bell 10M. This has the 10M key work but still has the nail file G# key. These were only made for a few years and are very hard to find. Took a chance on a blurry photo and had it shipped.

IMHO when it comes to vintage altos these stand at the top of the heap. Big lush bottom end. This one will clean right up.

I own one of these already and have been very hard pressed to let that one go but with this one coming in I may be swayed. These were...

Very rare Tenor... Amazing bottom end clear tone and super free blowing.

This thing roars and was well maintained mechanically and has the round tone holes. Lots of lacquer loss but plenty of that magical 10m tone. I am going to keep it like it is.

Very cool little sax. Will need a few things straightened out but nothing major.

Amazing shape and the tone and ease of playing is exceptional.

This is in amazing shape and plays with a very sweet tone. It came with the original case and mouthpiece.

In great shape and came with a few rare mouthpieces.

This is actually in very good shape given it's age. Came with a number of vintage mouthpieces including a Conn Chief and a Helleberg.

This thing is a beast and beautifully executed. They are called typewriters as all the keys have pearl buttons on them even the palm...

Had to drive out to Highland which is at the base of the San Gabriel's. This came from a musician that played for the Buddy Rich Band. Also came with some very rare mouthpieces. It is in excellent condition.

Had to drive to Reseda for this one but it was well worth the trip. This looks like it was bought, played for a little bit and put away in a nice climate controlled closet.. All the nickel plating cleaned up beautifully and it has monstrous bass and tone.

This is in very good shape. Love the old reed with the lipstick on it.

Just in and in amazing shape just needs cleaned up. It came with the original case. I am looking forward to playing this one.

I picked this up in Long Beach. It was kind of a mess. It had a lot of red surface rust where it had lost the lacquer. I am still...

This is in amazing shape. Note the mute: Shastock wow wow mute which is super rare.

Very nice condition.

Made right here in Anaheim during Kanstuls heyday. This is an amazing playing, sounding and looking horn. It is in immaculate condition.

These were made in the Amati factory. Huge tone and just a massive sax in general. You need a strong back for this monster. This was...

I had other Kohlert models that were great playing saxes but this is highly regarded as the best model and year made. I can understand...
